Fees

Three options, and a written quote before anything begins.

What a practice charges depends on the volume of entries, the number of employees, the tax complexity and the obligations specific to your company. So we do not publish a fixed price. We quote once we have looked at your file, and that quote is binding on us.

Why no price appears on this pageFor two reasons. The first is practical: two companies with the same turnover can require three times the work depending on the volume of paperwork, the headcount and the state of the file being taken on. Quoting a price without having looked would be a number plucked from the air. The second is professional: statutory audit fees sit within a framework specific to that engagement and are not set like a subscription. We would rather give you a written, detailed and binding quote after a meeting that costs you nothing.

Common questions

No. We look at your situation and tell you what we can do, what it requires from you, and what it would cost. You decide after that.

Yes. The profession has a handover procedure between colleagues and we take care of it. We pick up the current year’s entries and review the earlier years before committing.

Yes, for subsidiaries, branches and companies being formed by foreign shareholders. We work in French, English and Arabic, and we can provide the registered office by domiciliation.

No, and that is a rule of the profession rather than a preference. A statutory auditor cannot certify accounts they prepared themselves. If we keep your books, the audit goes to another firm, and the reverse holds too.

Day-to-day bookkeeping and payroll are usually billed monthly, while one-off work such as company formation is billed as a fixed fee. It is all written into the engagement letter before anything starts.
