A registered office in Tunis, and somebody there to take the post.

Registered office

A company must have a declared registered office. Domiciliation at the practice gives you one in Tunis, with a written contract and a provider who genuinely responds to the authorities. We have offered it for years, including to foreign founders with no office in Tunisia yet.

What domiciliation covers

The practice provides its address as the registered office, undertakes to receive documents sent to the company by the tax authorities, and to give tax inspectors access to the premises housing the domiciled company. The contract is written, and the tax authorities are informed when it begins and when it ends.

  • An address you can declare as a registered office
  • Receipt of official correspondence
  • A certificate of domiciliation for your formalities
  • Notification to the authorities on any change

What it does not cover

The provider acts as a supplier of services. It takes on no responsibility for the acts or omissions of the domiciled company towards third parties. We would rather say that clearly at the start than discover it together later.

For foreign founders

A registered address is often the first practical obstacle when forming a Tunisian company from abroad. Domiciliation removes it, and the practice can take on the formation and the bookkeeping of the new company at the same time.
